Goodness, has it really been four months since I've posted here? Well! Today is not the day for more journaling. I'm here to post my Christmas Wish List, so my family will have an idea what to get me. So here goes (in no specific order):

My clothing sizes:
- Pants: 33, 33 (32-34 waist, 33-34 leg)
- Shirts: Small, or 15 1/2 -16 1/2 neck, 32/33-34/35 arms
- Shoes 10 1/2 (10 1/2 wide)
- Costume/Period clothing for Swing dancing
- Costume for Ballroom and Tango dancing

- Money
- your favorite dance music
- a new kitchen cutting board
- "to go" coffee mugs
- a large bucket for hand laundry
- a spare gas can for the car
- a well-illuminating floor lamp
- blank cds and/or a book to put some in
- push broom
- saw and clamps
- drill
- sandpaper
- wood glue

Books:
- your favorite book (I don't generally read slashers or romances or modern mystery novels)
- Faery Tales (I already have Grimm's complete, Hans Christian Anderson's complete, and a fabulous 1001 Arabian Nights. If you can find some from foreign countries or cultures, I'd love them.)
- Myths
- Classics (the older the better, as long as they're not so delicate that they're unreadable)
- A good printed Dictionary
- That book that tells you all the instances in the Bible of particular words. If there's a good website you use, that works too.

- Answer these questions in an email to me at ashe.david@gmail.com:
1) What Faerie Tales or Stories do you remember from your childhood? Describe them briefly or in detail.
2) Which were your favorites, and Why?
3) Did they have an impact upon the way you acted or thought?
4) What are your current favorite Faerie Tales or Stories, and Why?
5) What impact do they have upon the way you act or think?
6) What is your favorite form of writing to read, and Why?
7) What impact does it have upon the way you act or think?

Thank you, Christmas List peruser, and an extra thank you to anyone who answers the questions. I'm starting the preliminary stages of a study on the reaching effects of Stories in childhood and adulthood.
